Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a year-round Block Advisor Tax Advisor to prepare complete, accurate tax returns for clients with diverse and complex situations, including individuals and businesses. You will build lasting client relationships by delivering empathetic, consultative service and identifying tax savings opportunities.

Prepare to conduct in-depth client interviews, understand financial changes, and provide clear, personalized recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation or related fields.
• Experience handling complex individual and business returns.
• Excellent client-facing communication and advisory skills.
• Must meet IRS/state continuing education requirements.
