Qualifications

• Completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
• 5+ years in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns.
• Experience in a client-facing advisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain tax concepts clearly.
• Must complete continuing education and meet IRS/state requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
