You will interview clients, identify tax savings opportunities, and build lasting relationships while leveraging strong training and technology.

The role emphasizes client education, personalized recommendations, and adherence to IRS/state requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
• Experience with complex individual and business returns, planning and audits.
• Client-facing, consultative or advisory experience.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Must meet continuing education and IRS/state requirements.

Responsibilities
