Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• CPA, Law License, or Enrolled Agent.
• Five years of experience in federal and state tax compliance and advisory services in a professional services firm.
• Two years of supervisory experience and mentoring.
• Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise others and maintain high ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide tax, accounting and advisory services to middle-market clients.
• Review accounting records, provide analysis and discuss matters with clients.
• Deliver exceptional client service, timely and accurate work.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes for efficiency and controls.
• Build client relationships and coordinate with team leaders to expand services.
