Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eleven (11)+ years’ experience in federal tax compliance and consulting in a professional services firm.

Responsibilities

• Lead Baker Tilly’s tax services for corporate clients, influencing the firm’s growth.
• Manage client relationships on day-to-day tax matters from middle-market to multinational.
• Oversee tax planning and research across federal, state, international, and credits areas.
• Develop and mentor staff, supporting professional growth and recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with service line leaders on market positioning and branding.
