Qualifications

• 4-year degree
• CPA, EA or Law License
• Five years of experience
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted member of the team providing tax, accounting and advisory services to business clients
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and prepared or compiled financials
• Review and analyze accounting records and/or reporting with clients, provide analysis and consultation, and discuss accounting and business matters
• Deliver best-in-class customer service to clients, with an emphasis on being responsive, timely, professional, and accurate
• Lead and plan client engagements, and continuously evaluate processes and procedures
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements
• Manage and build client relationships, address issues, and assist team leaders in additional services
• Delegate and oversee work to meet client expectations for delivery
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal tax practices and laws
• Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billing/collections, and ensure profitability targets are met
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships with clients and community
• Invest in professional development through firm programs
• Support growth and development of team members
