• Five years of experience in public accounting or tax advisory.

Responsabilités

• Be a trusted team member providing tax, accounting and advisory services to business clients.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and financial statements preparation or compilation.
• Review and analyze client records, provide consultations and discuss accounting matters.
• Deliver high-quality client service with responsiveness, timeliness and accuracy.
• Lead client engagements and improve processes within client services and implementation.
• Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based on client operations.
• Manage client relationships and assist leadership in research and additional services.
• Delegate work, set goals, remove obstacles and meet delivery deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of local, state, and federal tax practices and laws.
• Assist with staffing, billing/collections and profitability targets.
