Job summary

Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our fast-growing firm in Malvern, PA. The Senior Accountant will manage a variety of tax and other assignments with minimal supervision, while mentoring Staff Accountants and strengthening client relationships.

Key duties include completing tax projects, conducting engagement reviews, and contributing to profitability. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on business needs and recruiter guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 1–3 years public accounting experience.
• CPA exam candidacy or CPA license a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and tax rules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight by Managers.
• Conduct engagement reviews and manage engagements.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants and improve team profitability.
• Develop client relationships through professional and responsive service.
• If not obtained, work toward CPA licensure.
