Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Experience in public accounting preferred.
• CPA exam underway or CPA license a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Complete tax projects for designated clients with minimal oversight.
• Conduct thorough engagement reviews and proposals.
• Accept increasing responsibility for engagement management.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with professionalism.
• Supervise and mentor Staff Accountants.
• Support and contribute to firm profitability and efficiency.
