Job summary

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, 10+ years experience or equivalent, and experience with cross-functional teams in military or intelligence settings.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of related experience; 4 years of additional work experience in lieu of degree.
• Military Officer or Senior NCO with Cross-Functional Team experience or Intelligence professional with Cross-Functional Team experience.
• Deep understanding of the military staffing process and the command and control tools that enable data-enabled visualization of organizational outcomes.
• Expert-level experience in Enterprise task management systems (ETMS) and staff coordination within a large command structure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee life cycle management of all tasks and synchronize the Task Force battle rhythm.
• Manage the Task Management Tool (TMT) lifecycle and track HQ requirements.
• Coordinate battle rhythm events, meetings, and reporting cycles.
• Develop visual aids for multi-domain scenarios.
• Translate AI architectures into visuals for senior leaders.
• Draft executive speeches, talking points, and white papers.
• Develop comprehensive technical summaries of AI capabilities for decision processes.
