Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Senior Task Manager to support a Commander's Action Group at Fort Meade, MD. The role centers on translating strategic intent into operational execution and ensuring precision in executive communications across a complex ecosystem.

The position requires senior cross-functional leadership, extensive task management experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph within five years.

Qualifications

• BS and 10+ years of related experience; 4 years of extra work experience in lieu of degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph; Polygraph within last five years.

Responsibilities

• Life cycle management of all tasks and synchronization of the Task Force battle rhythm.
• Manage Task Management Tool (TMT) life cycle and track requirements from higher HQ.
• Synchronize battle rhythm events, meetings, conferences, and reporting cycles.
• Develop visual aids for multi-domain scenarios.
• Translate complex network diagrams and AI architectures into intuitive visuals for leaders.
• Ensure outward-facing communications align with Combatant-level standards and higher HQ messaging.
• Draft executive speeches, talking points, and white papers.
• Develop technical summaries of AI capabilities for the Commander’s decision process.
