Job summary

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc) is seeking a skilled Senior Task Manager for critical executive-support responsibilities. The role involves handling tasks from multiple sources, routing staff work, and coordinating actions across the Intelligence Community and partners.

Responsibilities

Support senior executive-led organizations at the Assistant Director level.
Receive tasks via multiple vehicles and systems.
Process and route staff taskers and coordination requests in management systems.
Coordinate actions with customer space, IC, and other U.S. Government/Private Sector entities.
Prepare training materials and instructions for staff packages.
