Portage Point Partners is seeking a TAS Senior Associate in the Los Angeles area to lead financial and operational due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions. You’ll work with private equity sponsors, lenders and corporates in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment, delivering insights that shape deal decisions.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of financial due diligence experience at a Big 4, CPA license, and proficiency in financial modeling; relocation to listed markets is

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program.
• Strong financial diligence experience, including multi-project work across buy-side/sell-side.
• Proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx for analytics.
