Qualifications

• CPA license required; CFA or healthcare certifications (e.g., HFMA CHFP) a plus.
• At least eight years of financial due diligence and transaction advisory experience, with healthcare and life sciences focus.
• Located in Atlanta or willing to relocate; willingness to travel to client sites.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and healthcare-specific accounting considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence focused on healthcare dynamics.
• Own engagement lifecycle from scoping and contracting to budget development and billing.
• Draft diligence reports highlighting normalized earnings, regulatory risks and post-close considerations.
• Collaborate with PI, TRS and IB teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions.
• Lead proposal development and client pitches for healthcare opportunities.
• Build and maintain networks with healthcare private equity investors and executives.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal training and firm-building.
