Job summary

GHJ is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for privately held companies. You will guide engagement teams, coordinate discussions with advisors, and help drive value in the transaction process.

The role requires 4+ years in professional services with a focus in TAS, strong accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel to client locations and to GHJ's Los Angeles HQ may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years professional services experience, with 3 in Transaction Advisory Services.
• Strong accounting and diligence knowledge.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements.
• Manage engagement planning, delivery and status updates.
• Prepare Quality of Earnings reports with commentary and schedules.
• Advise on EBITDA adjustments and balance sheet items.
