Job summary

NextDecade is seeking a Superintendent, TAR to lead the Turnaround (TAR) execution across multiple disciplines at the RGLNG Facility. You will manage safety, schedule, and budget, ensuring quality and on-time delivery of TAR events with a One-Team approach.

The role requires 5+ years in TAR leadership on large LNG/oil&gas facilities, strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP CMMS, and proven contractor management. Travel and site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or industry experience.
• Technical maintenance/engineering degree preferred with NCCER helpful.
• 5+ years leading TAR or superintendent roles on large LNG/oil/gas facilities.
• Experience supervising multi-discipline TAR personnel (300+).
• Subject matter expert for TAR across Mechanical, Piping, E&I, Rotating, Inspection.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and oversee TAR execution teams.
• Ensure integrated schedule (Level 3/4) is the single source of truth.
• Lead stage/gate readiness reviews and TAR readiness assessents.
• Coordinate budget, cost performance, and contract management with steered committees.
• Maintain labor availability and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget turnover.
• Drive scope management and risk qualification through SCR process.
• Lead After Action Reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
