Job summary

NextDecade is seeking a Sr. Planner TAR to develop, assemble, and quality-check TAR work packages ensuring detailed steps, materials, resources, safety considerations, and documentation for efficient execution.

The role focuses on work-pack development and planning quality while scheduling duties reside with the TAR Scheduler. The candidate will coordinate with Mechanical, E&I, and Process leads to validate durations and resources, maintain the TAR scope register, and support expedited packs for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in turnaround planning/scheduling in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical environments.
• Experience using Primavera P6, SAP PM, or CMMS.
• Experience developing and assembling TAR work packages from scope to execution-ready status.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed TAR work packages with steps, materials, tools, permits, and safety checkpoints.
• Ensure quality of work packs with all required content and approvals.
• Coordinate with Discipline Leads to validate durations, sequencing, and resources.
• Support execution by maintaining scope registers, change logs, and CMMS data.
