Job summary

LSB Chemical L.L.C. is seeking a Turnaround Master Scheduler to manage comprehensive turnaround schedules, prioritizing activities and resources across multiple sites.

The role requires heavy collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Project teams to deliver realistic, integrated schedules during turnaround windows. The incumbent will lead schedule development, ensure accuracy, mitigate risks, and provide timely updates to TAR site leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Turnaround Work Processes.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial turnaround scheduling using Primavera P6.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, Maximo, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Create, optimize, record and report Turnaround execution schedules.
• Assess priority, resource loading and manpower for turnarounds.
• Identify schedule risks and mitigation opportunities and integrate project schedules.
• Ensure schedule accuracy and usability across teams.
• Provide timely updates for daily schedule needs during execution.
• Coordinate with FEL planning and gate reviews for milestones.
• Integrate contractor schedules into the master Turnaround schedule.
• Perform staffing density and headcount checks against procurement plans.
• Distribute final schedules to all crafts and stakeholders.
• Lead Schedule Review meetings and report status to leadership.
