Job summary

NextDecade Corporation is seeking a Sr. Planner TAR in Brownsville, TX. You will develop and maintain TAR work packages with detailed steps, materials, and safety considerations to enable efficient execution.

You will interface with SAP work orders, CMMS, and Prometheus STO to lock and quality-check packs before execution. The role emphasizes work-pack maturity, coordination across mechanical, E&I, and process disciplines, and delivering execution-ready plans while driving safety and cost

Qualifications

5+ years in turnaround planning/scheduling in LNG, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries.
Experience using Primavera P6, SAP PM, or CMMS.
Experience developing TAR work packages from scope to locked, execution-ready status.
Experience with STO work package management systems (Prometheus STO or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Develop, assemble, quality-check, and maintain TAR work packages with detailed steps, resources, and safety considerations.
Plan materials (BOM) and coordinate with SAP for work orders and availability.
Attach supporting documents to each work pack and ensure 17 mandatory content elements are present.
Coordinate with Discipline Leads to validate durations, sequencing, and resources.
Close out work orders and contribute lessons learned during AAR.
