Datadog is searching for a Technical Account Manager to enable client success by providing expert guidance on our comprehensive suite of products and features. This hybrid role involves both support and advocacy for customers in their IT Operations environment.

Qualifications

• Solid technical grounding with hands-on experience in IT operations.
• Experience working as a TAM supporting mid-market and/or Enterprise customers in the cloud.
• Skilled in using CI/CD tools and containerization tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise on technical support and product adoption for customers.
• Analyze customer’s IT Operations environment regularly.
• Participate and prepare for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews.
