Accenture is seeking a Talent & Workforce Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled workforce transformations for Consumer Goods & Services, Retail, and Travel industries. The role focuses on workforce strategy, skills-based models, workforce planning, and talent analytics to advise clients on future-ready organizations.

You will design AI-enabled talent solutions, leverage Generative AI tools, and drive change initiatives across hiring, learning, and internal mobility, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years across Talent functions including Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, and Technology Talent Development.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services, Retail and/or Travel industry.
• Minimum of 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and automation into operating models.

• Create skills-based architectures, talent marketplaces, and career frameworks.
• Utilize Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and drive strategy.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies for AI adoption.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, data, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives to sustain workforce innovations.
• Contribute to business development and thought leadership.
