Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions such as Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices and Talent Intelligence.
• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in workforce or change solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Energy industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preparing organizations for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies redesigning work, roles, skills, and talent models for an AI-enabled future.
• Design workforce solutions spanning hiring, learning, workforce planning, internal mobility, and retention.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI, automation, and emerging technologies into workforce solutions.
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives using labor market insights, skills data, and analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis and scenario modeling.
• Design skills architectures, talent marketplaces, career frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Leverage Talent Intelligence platforms to generate workforce insights and skills-driven strategies.
• Shape readiness and reskilling strategies to adopt AI and sustain evolution.
• Support dynamic employee experiences blending people, technology, AI, and culture.
• Drive change initiatives and contribute to business development and thought leadership.
