Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Public Administration, Psychology or Communications (or related field).
• Five years of executive search or senior‑level recruitment experience in higher education or similar complex environments.
• Experience creating recruitment advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑management skills with hiring managers.
• Proven ability to plan and execute recruitment strategies in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and strategic faculty searches with full‑cycle recruitment.
• Develop search plans with leadership and HR partners.
• Engage passive and active candidates through strategic outreach.
• Screen and evaluate candidates; provide informed recommendations.
• Lead search committee meetings and coordinate interview forums.
• Draft search communications and position profiles; participate in professional events.
