Qualifications

• Minimum five years of executive search or talent acquisition in higher ed or similar environments.
• Proven ability to lead full-cycle senior‑level recruitment and candidate mapping.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building with hiring managers.
• Experience creating recruitment advertisements and outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive and strategic faculty searches through full‑cycle recruitment.
• Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
• Draft search communications and position profiles for leadership roles.
• Partner with leadership to align recruitment plans with institutional priorities.
• Coordinate executive search meetings and present assessment recommendations.
