Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR, People Strategy, or related experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and talent management initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage workforce data, business metrics, and organizational insights to influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Strategy Partners.
• Translate business priorities into talent strategies, workforce plans, organizational design recommendations, and leadership development initiatives.
• Guide leaders through organizational change and embed Change Agility in how the business operates.
• Drive company-wide talent programs including performance management, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Use data-driven decision making to identify workforce trends and influence business decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, and executive stakeholders to align talent priorities across the employee lifecycle.
