Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Senior Recruiter for an onsite role in Saint Paul, MN. You will build talent pipelines across the U.S. and Canada, partner with leaders, and manage recruiting across IT and corporate functions using Workday and other tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-cycle IT recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and proven stakeholder management. This contract position runs through February 2027 with extension potential and a pay range of $30–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Five years of full-cycle recruiting and IT sourcing experience.
• Experience using Workday as an ATS.
• Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics.
• Ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment.
• Demonstrates stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis efforts to support workforce planning and targeted recruiting initiatives.
• Support additional recruiting-related responsibilities and projects as needed.

Senior Recruiter is partnering with a material science organization to identify a Senior Recruiter for an opportunity near Saint Paul, MN.

Responsibilities

Additional Details

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience including experience recruiting for IT roles.
• Experience using Workday as an ATS
• Experience and knowledge with technical acumen across various IT roles and technology (e.g., software development, cybersecurity, data and analytics, applications)
• Experience using Workday as an applicant tracking system
• Experience with recruiting data analytics and metrics
• Presents ability to adapt to change in an ambiguous environment
• Demonstrates stakeholder management and consultation abilities
• Experience in recruiting for multiple functions and departments simultaneously
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Exhibits initiative and curiosity
