Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Sourcer based in the United States for a fully remote role. You will partner with recruiters and leaders to develop sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and engage passive candidates across technical, engineering, intelligence, aerospace, and federal services sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on recruiting or talent sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; additional years of experience may substitute for education.
• Experience in technical recruiting or federal services is preferred.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to assess talent requirements and build qualified pipelines.
• Data-driven with ability to monitor time-to-fill and pipeline health.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• US citizenship is required for this position.
