Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Senior Staff Talent Sourcer to design precision sourcing strategies for complex corporate needs across Finance, Legal, People, Operations, IT, and Strategy. You will build market maps, engage passive candidates, and leverage AI tools to fuel recruitment for engineering and other functions.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to create repeatable, scalable processes, track sourcing analytics, and elevate talent intelligence across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sourcing experience for complex, high-growth corporate functions.
• Proven market mapping, competitive intelligence and candidate generation.
• Expertise with advanced Boolean search and modern sourcing platforms.
• Ability to influence hiring strategy with market insights and talent intelligence.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered sourcing workflows and automation.
• Experience using AI development tools to create repeatable sourcing processes.
• Strong relationship-building with passive, cleared, or niche talent.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to engage technical candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own the top of funnel: define target profiles and develop deep sourcing strategies across G&A and corporate functions.
• Map the market: create talent landscapes by company, geography, and structure; identify hidden pools.
• Generate and engage: use Boolean search and platforms to identify and attract exceptional talent.
• Build pipelines proactively: cultivate relationships for just-in-time hiring on strategic programs.
• Leverage AI to scale sourcing: design AI-powered workflows and automation to boost productivity.
• Build repeatable sourcing systems: create market maps, intelligence reports, and outreach content.
• Be the sourcing SME: coach recruiters and leaders on market insights and strategies.
• Partner for impact: collaborate to optimize messaging and candidate experience.
• Track and iterate: measure sourcing effectiveness and refine processes.
