We are hiring for an experienced, strategic, and consultative Senior Recruiter to lead hiring across the company’s General and Administrative (G&A) organizations. This person will own high-impact searches with high complexity across Finance and Accounting, Legal, People, Enterprise Operations, Information Technology, Facilities, and other critical corporate functions.

This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter who can operate as both a hands‑on talent partner and a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You’ll independently manage searches from intake through close, translate business needs into effective talent strategies, and use market insights and recruiting data to influence hiring decisions.

The ideal candidate is consultative, resourceful, highly accountable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and uniquely complex searches in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
