Job summary

SpaceX, a company building toward human life on Mars, is seeking a Talent Sourcer for Starlink to build robust pipelines across engineering, supply chain, go-to-market and business operations. You will identify, engage, and hand-off passive candidates, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to fill roles at speed.

The role requires proven sourcing skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage high-volume workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1+ years recruiting or sourcing experience, or 2+ years with Associate degree, or 3+ years without degree.
• Proven Boolean and X-ray search skills and experience with candidate outreach.
• Experience writing personalized outreach that yields responses from passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, and events using Boolean/X-ray searches.
• Write outreach and qualify candidates by phone while maintaining ATS records.
• Track metrics to ensure pipelines meet business demand.
