Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Talent Sourcer for Starlink to build pipelines for engineering, supply chain, go-to-market, and business operations. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to engage passive candidates and serve as the first SpaceX contact for many applicants.

You will own search, handoff, and pipeline health with strong communication. You will source through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, map competitor pools, and maintain accurate ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience; or associate degree and 2+ years; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter or sourcer in lieu of a degree.
• Experience sourcing hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions.
• Proven Boolean and X-ray search skills, including building and refining your own search strings.
• Experience writing personalized outreach that gets a response from passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Run intake with recruiters and hiring managers and turn each role into a searchable profile.
• Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X, niche technical communities, events, and target-company mapping.
• Use AI research tools to move faster, and write the outreach yourself.
• Send personalized outreach to generate quality response rates, and qualify the interested candidates over the phone.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and upcoming roles, and keep ATS records accurate.
