Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a results-driven recruiter to manage high-volume hiring for warehouse, material handling and frontline operations. You will screen candidates, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to meet aggressive time-to-fill goals in a fast-paced environment.

This role offers exposure to RPO environments, learning new recruitment technologies, and a commitment to pay transparency and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in high-volume recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate pipelining.
• Strength in warehouse, material handling, frontline operations, or hourly workforce hiring.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build talent pipelines, conduct high-volume candidate screening, and deliver hires within aggressive time-to-fill targets.

Responsibilities

• Apply your talent sourcing and high-volume recruitment expertise to attract and hire qualified warehouse, material handling, and frontline operations talent within tight timelines.
• Use your candidate pipelining and screening skills to manage multiple requisitions, conduct high-volume phone screens, and deliver quality candidate shortlists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, align on hiring priorities, and ensure an excellent hiring experience.
• Contribute to meeting hiring targets and reducing time-to-fill by leveraging your stakeholder management and recruitment planning skills.
• Drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and candidate attraction strategies through sourcing, process optimization, and problem-solving.
