Job summary

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer – High-Volume Engineering & Field Recruitment to partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters, delivering high-quality candidate shortlists for energy sector roles.

You'll drive end-to-end sourcing strategies, manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring junior colleagues. This contract role initially runs for 3 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and sourcing across the energy sector, including field technicians, electricians, engineering professionals, and operations roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment for field-based environments, data centers, electrical energy, and power-related operations.
• Proven expertise in candidate pipeline development, market research, proactive sourcing, and delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
• Strong understanding of specialized talent markets, including professionals responsible for equipment inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and field service.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume and specialized technical roles, with the ability to identify and engage talent in competitive engineering and skilled-trades markets.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and stakeholder consultation.
• Strong ability to assess and evaluate recruitment expertise, demonstrating deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, competency-based interviewing, and selection methodologies.
• Highly developed relationship management skills, building trusted partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities independently while delivering against agreed timelines and objectives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability, confidently advising, influencing, and managing expectations at multiple levels within the organisation.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-demand recruitment environments.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to balance competing demands in high-volume settings.
• High attention to quality, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all recruitment processes.
• Accountability and ownership, taking full responsibility for delivery outcomes and service excellence.
• Advanced proficiency in adhering to recruitment processes, governance frameworks, and best practice guideline

Responsibilities

• Apply talent sourcing and high-volume recruitment expertise to attract and hire qualified energy sector talent within tight timelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions, conduct high-volume phone screens, and deliver quality shortlists.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
• Drive recruitment planning, target setting, and strategies to shorten time-to-fill while maintaining quality.
• Develop and refine sourcing strategies with talent intelligence to influence hiring outcomes.
• Lead recruiting discussions with AMS stakeholders and present shortlisted candidates with advised recommendations.
