Alexander Mann Solutions is hiring a Talent Sourcer to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality candidate shortlists. You will use data, market insights and a range of channels to engage top talent.

You’ll create compelling adverts, manage passive candidates, and mentor colleagues, with KPIs guiding performance. The role requires front-office sourcing experience in investment banking and strong relationship skills.

Qualifications

• Proactive sourcing within Investment Banking, front office focus.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building with clients and candidates.
• Deep sourcing expertise using market insights to meet niche hiring needs.
• Passive sourcing techniques including Boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and ATS/CRM.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working to KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies and delivering high-quality candidate shortlists
• Use market insight and data to influence hiring decisions and adapt recruitment approaches
• Proactively source and engage top, often passive, talent using a range of channels and tools
• Create compelling job adverts and sourcing strategies to attract candidates in competitive and niche markets
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, engagement, and ongoing relationship management
• Track performance and continuously refine sourcing approaches using data and insights
• Support and mentor colleagues, sharing expertise and contributing to team success
