Job summary

CSAT Solutions is seeking a High Volume Talent Sourcer in Houston, TX to support our recruiting team. You will prescreen a high volume of candidates, align qualifications with job requirements, and collaborate with onsite HR and cross-functional partners to keep the process moving.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of customer service or data entry experience, familiarity with applicant tracking systems, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service and data entry experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR and recruiting practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems/talent management software (preferred).
• Proficient English abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Sources for positions in the organization (e.g., light industrial).
• Prescreens a high volume of candidates via resume database and calls.
• Ensures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidates.
• Coordinates with onsite HR and cross-functional team members.
• Monitors recruitment workflow and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Communicates with candidates and internal contacts via phone and email.
• Maintain ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in the department.
• May attend onsite recruiting fairs and maintain postings.

We are currently hiring for a High Volume Talent Sourcer to assist with the organizations recruiting efforts. Candidates should be familiar with the following areas: high volume sourcing, phone-screening, employee/labor relations and wage and salary administration. This is a perfect role for someone looking to gain entry-level experience into Recruiting.

Role and Responsibilities

• Sources for positions in the organization, such as light industrial
• Prescreens a high volume of candidates via resume database and prescreening calls
• Ensures appropriate matches between position requirements and candidates
• Coordinates and works closely with onsite HR and other cross-functional team members
• Monitors and provides insights for recruitment workflowFollows all hiring practices to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
• Communicates with candidates and internal contacts through verbal (phone 50%-75% of the day) and written communication (email and messaging)
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May maintain career opportunity postings for the organization
• May attend onsite recruiting fairs
• May proactively screen and sort resumes into appropriate talent pools
• May perform other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associates degree in a related field, preferred
• 1 year or more of customer service and data entry experience
• 1 year or more experience in a related field, preferred
• Knowledge of state and federal laws governing human resources and recruiting practice
• Experience with applicant tracking systems/talent management software, preferred
• Proficient English abilities required
• Email and written messaging with basic Excel knowledge
• Must be able to perform multiple duties and complete assigned duties with deadlines
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
• Excellent time-management skills
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, preferred
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with close supervision
