Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking a senior talent sourcer to drive passive candidate outreach and pipeline development. You will leverage ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-assisted tools to identify 50-100+ candidates weekly, aiming for strong response rates while collaborating with hiring managers.

In this role, you will attend weekly recruiting meetings, pitch candidates on joining a fast-growing AI company, and work from our NYC or Chicago offices 2+ days per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience in startup/scaleup environments.
• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages to passive candidates.
• ATS proficiency (preferably Greenhouse) and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack.
• Ability to pitch candidates on joining a fast-growing AI company.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing, A/B testing outreach, and measuring impact.
• Willingness to work out of NYC or Chicago office 2+ days per week.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders to show progress.
• Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week with 20%+ response rate.
• Utilize job ads, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a pipeline of top talent.
• Schedule candidates with technical interviewers for a wide range of open roles.

Who you are

• 5+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments
• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates
• ATS (preferably Greenhouse) proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc)
• The ability to pitch and sell candidates on the opportunity to join a fast growing AI company
• Enthusiastic and extremely motivated to produce and exceed goals while working independently and alongside the team
• Ability to work out of our NYC or Chicago office in 2+ days/week preferred
• Data-driven approach to sourcing: you track what's working, A/B test your outreach, and use numbers to influence hiring managers rather than just report to them
• AI Tooling: Curious about and comfortable using AI tools to scale sourcing and personalize outreach
