Job summary

Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting across autonomy, ML/AI, embedded systems and software engineering. You will build and manage high-quality pipelines as the company scales its Physical AI footprint.

In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, craft creative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with full-cycle recruiters to ensure a premium candidate experience while leveraging data to refine our approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company.
• Experience in agency sales, recruiting, or sourcing.
• Strong rapport-building with candidates and employees.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus.
