Job summary

EvolutionIQ is seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer/Recruiter to support a broad range of roles across Sales, Client Success, Product and Engineering. You will assess talent, craft compelling outreach, and manage a high-volume pipeline in a fast-growing AI environment.

You’ll work with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, coordinating interviews and driving an efficient interview process while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience, startup/scaleup preferred.
• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates.
• ATS proficiency (Greenhouse) and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite and Slack.
• Ability to pitch opportunities to join a fast-growing AI company.
• Motivated to exceed goals and work independently.
• Willingness to work from NYC or Chicago office 2+ days/week.
• Data-driven approach to sourcing with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week aiming for 20%+ response rate.
• Leverage job ads, sourcing tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a strong pipeline.
• Schedule candidates with technical interviewers for a wide range of roles.

About you:

You are an experienced Talent Sourcer / Recruiter who knows how to assess talent, understand candidate motivations and facilitate an amazing interview process. You have exceptional people skills and know exactly how to uncover a company's competitive edge and pitch that to candidates. You’re extremely diligent and organized and detail oriented in your craft. This person will support a wide range of roles across the business including Sales, Client Success, Shared Services, Product, Engineering and more.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing & recruiting experience preferably in startup/scaleup environments
• Expertise writing compelling sourcing messages and attracting passive candidates
• ATS (preferably Greenhouse) proficient and savvy in other systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, G-Suite, Slack, etc)
• The ability to pitch and sell candidates on the opportunity to join a fast growing AI company
• Enthusiastic and extremely motivated to produce and exceed goals while working independently and alongside the team
• Ability to work out of our NYC or Chicago office in 2+ days/week preferred
• Data-driven approach to sourcing: you track what’s working, A/B test your outreach, and use numbers to influence hiring managers rather than just report to them.

• Strategically source 50-100+ candidates per week with the goal of achieving a 20%+ response rate
• Utilize resources at your disposal such as: job ads, sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter to build a pipeline of amazing talent
• Schedule candidates with technical interviewers for a wide range of open roles

• Compensation: The base salary range is $100-110K, with flexibility depending on a candidate’s background and experience plus annual bonus plan.
