Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role owns end-to-end hiring, from talent identification through offer close, with a strong focus on data integrity in our ATS.

The position requires on-site presence at our Seattle and/or Bothell locations, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting.
• Foundational knowledge of state and federal employment related laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage client and candidate expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create the best candidate experience, from initial outreach to close.
• Develop partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting strategies to generate diverse candidate pools for current and future roles.
• Collaborates with hiring managers on recruiting strategies.
• Builds and maintains a strong candidate pipeline through LinkedIn, Job boards, and networking events.
• Researches and identifies prospective talent, providing a pipeline of qualified candidates for specialized roles.
• Manage the recruiting process with an emphasis on data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse).
• Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, analyzing responses, and comparing technical qualifications to job requirements.
• Be an 'unblocker' for the business and candidates to minimize time-to-fill (TTF).
• Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and all other duties as assigned.

Position Overview

Adaptive is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full lifecycle recruiting across the business, partnering closely with hiring managers to bring exceptional talent to open positions and deliver an extraordinary candidate experience. This role is responsible for developing and executing proactive sourcing and recruiting strategies that build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for current openings and long-term workforce needs. The Senior Recruiter operates as a trusted advisor to the business, bringing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and driving an efficient & data-informed recruiting processes. You will own the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from talent identification through offer close, while ensuring strong data integrity and process adherence within our ATS. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative relationship builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate a variety of personality types, and leverages critical thinking to continuously improve outcomes. You'll bring a sense of urgency, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with candidates and stakeholders that simultaneously deliver results. This position will require on-site presence in our Seattle and/or Bothell locations.

Required

Position Requirements (Education, Experience, Other)

• Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience, or Masters and 2+ years of related experience
• Progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
• Advanced knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting
• Foundational knowledge of state and federal employment related laws
• Experienced relationship builder with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to identify problems and use critical thinking skills to drive appropriate solutions
• Ability to effectively manage client and candidate expectations
• Results oriented and track record of goal achievement in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently and be a self-manager
• Ability to handle multiple, competing tasks simultaneously that may include sensitive and confidential information
• Sense of urgency balanced with matching business pacing

Compensation

Salary Range: $101,600 - $152,400

Adaptive’s posted compensation information includes a base salary (or hourly rate) range and summary of other available total compensation. The base salary range represents a minimum-to-maximum salary (or hourly rate) available to candidates upon extension of offer. Base salary is thoughtfully considered upon offer and is determined through multiple evaluation checks throughout the interview process, including: a candidate’s ability to meet minimum qualifications (skills/experience/education), a candidate’s ability to thoughtfully address preferred qualifications, current market conditions, and internal pay equity. Listed base salary is exclusive of bonus, commission, equity, differential pay, benefits, and other incentives.
