Job summary

PNC is seeking a High School Talent Program Supervisor Senior within its Human Resources organization, based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH. The role leads program development for targeted youth talent segments, collaborating with schools, educators and community partners to create real-world exposure and ongoing support for students entering the workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary education, higher education and/or vocational or career coaching.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience and/or understanding of workforce development.
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with business and community partners to support engagement in PartnerUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing and delivering programs for targeted talent segments using sound talent management principles; manage stakeholder consultation, development resources, program measurement and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement, provide direction to staff, support in-program analysts, and foster relationships across HR, management, business units and external partners.
• Oversee external partnerships and strategies for programs and pilots, including launches.
• Partner with clients to provide coaching and strategic support for projects and talent segments.
• Set expectations for the team to design, implement, manage and evaluate programs or deliverables.
