Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead design and optimization of enterprise talent processes, blending strategy, operations and technology. The role requires strong PM, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, with hybrid work in Charlotte, NC.

You will partner with HRIT and COE teams, leverage AI capabilities, drive adoption, and develop enterprise-wide training and enablement resources for employees and leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or talent management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
