Providence is seeking a Principal Talent Management Consultant in NE Portland, OR to design, implement, and evolve the Performance Management Program across the enterprise. You will partner with HR leaders, compensation, HR tech, and operations to deliver integrated talent solutions supporting performance, goals, feedback, and development.

The role requires deep expertise in talent and performance management, strong analytics, change management skills, and leadership capability to drive scalable

Qualifications

• 8 years practitioner with demonstrated ability to add value to strategic objectives of an organization using a variety of talent management and learning & development methodologies.
• 5 years demonstrated expertise in a broad range of talent development methods, and in the design, implementation, and execution of development solutions across a variety of functions.
• 5 years' experience with all aspects of talent including Performance Management, Strategic Workforce development, Talent scorecard/succession, Accelerated Development and Learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously evolve Providence's Performance Management Program.
• Partner with HR leaders, Compensation, HR Technology, Learning, Workforce Analytics, and operational leaders to develop integrated talent solutions.
• Oversee strategy, governance, and execution of talent processes, ensuring alignment with Providence's mission and talent objectives.
