Special is hiring a hands-on People and Talent Operations Manager to recruit and onboard across Special and Figure Health. You will split time about 50% recruiting and 50% people operations, coordinating offers, onboarding, and ensuring employees have what they need from day one, while migrating acquired businesses to shared systems.

Qualificações

• Approximately five years of experience in people operations or recruiting.
• Direct experience sourcing candidates and conducting initial screens.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or a similar HR/payroll platform.

Responsabilidades

• Build our talent pipeline: source and engage candidates for nursing, clinical, engineering, and corporate roles.
• Run the top of the recruiting funnel: conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, maintain records.
• Coordinate offers: prepare and send offer letters, manage signatures, guide onboarding.
• Own employee onboarding: set up new hires in Rippling and coordinate tools access.
• Support acquisition integration: migrate employee data and payroll onto Rippling across acquisitions.
• Keep people operations organized: maintain Records, coordinate benefits, respond to routine questions.
• Build repeatable processes: create checklists, templates, and workflows for hires and acquisitions.
