Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Talent Partner or Senior Recruiter with a strong focus on financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for complex roles within banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech.
• In-depth understanding of the financial services industry and its talent requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and demanding recruitment projects.
• A proactive, client-focused approach and a commitment to quality.
• Must be based in or willing to work a hybrid model in Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top talent in banking, insurance, investments, and fintech.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
• Source passive candidates through advanced research, networking, and utilization of various platforms.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and consultative advice to clients.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service delivery and a positive candidate experience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and talent market dynamics within financial services.
