Responsibilities

• Owns all aspects of the recruiting and selection process for assigned business lines, including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, reference checks, and offers.
• Consults with business line clients on sourcing strategies, expectations, timelines and deliverables.
• Recommends candidates to management based on department needs and candidate skills.
• Counsels clients on recruiting issues including salary, sign-on bonuses, relocation packages.
• Provides management information on recruiting effort status to HR and clients.
• Oversees recruitment administration and supports strategic recruitment objectives.
