Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to drive hiring across Sales, Marketing, People, Finance and Legal in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You will translate business priorities into hiring strategies, shaping how we assess talent and secure top candidates who can propel growth.

Experience in banking, capital markets, or fintech recruiting will be highly valuable, especially for roles serving institutional clients.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience hiring high-performing Sales and Marketing talent.
• Experience supporting broader business functions such as People, Finance or Legal.
• Strong understanding of commercial roles and how to assess candidates’ contributions and impact.
• Demonstrated ability to own searches end-to-end from sourcing to closing.
• Data-driven approach to improving hiring quality, efficiency and candidate experience.
• Comfort operating with autonomy amid ambiguity and shifting priorities.

Aufgaben

• Define hiring priorities with senior leaders and calibrate roles to business needs.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact positions.
• Build targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals and long-term relationships.
• Develop structured assessment methods to distinguish track records and interview performance.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation expectations, and competitive positioning.
• Lead offer negotiations and closing strategies with leadership and Total Rewards to secure top candidates.
