Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong ability and desire to work closely with clients and candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client visits and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and retention.
• Proactively fill open job orders to meet client needs and deadlines.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person using effective assessment techniques.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships, ensuring CoWorx remains an employer of choice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the ATS and internal operational processes.
• May be responsible for payroll management for working talent, depending on location.
• Work closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding.
• Contribute to a collaborative, one-team environment by supporting colleagues and shared goals.
• Champion the CoWorx Three S’s: Service, Sales, and Speed.
• Demonstrate company values through service to clients, Field Talent, and internal teams.
• Escalate safety and risk concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain a basic understanding of workplace HR practices, including issues related to harassment, safety, and termination.
• Perform additional branch duties as needed to support overall performance and client satisfaction.
