Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in executive search or a specialized recruiting environment.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Demonstrated success in business development and/or generating new opportunities.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers.
