You will source, attract, and hire exceptional talent, acting as a brand ambassador while collaborating with hiring managers and partners across the organization. The role drives full-cycle recruiting, from outreach to offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and talent management platforms, including Workday.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for professional candidate interactions.
• Proficiency with social media sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment, recruiting, and EEO regulations; ability to close candidates within set timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and build tailored recruiting strategies across units.
• Develop top talent pipelines and stay ahead of sourcing trends and tools.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: screening, interviewing, and offers; ensure compliance and timely outcomes.
