Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Talent Management Specialist.

Position Type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Remote

As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will be:

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of organizational talent programs and initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility
  1. Manage organizational talent projects that may be large, complex, and/or highly visible.
  2. Design, implement, and manage the talent review process to identify high-potential coworkers and key talent.
  3. Collaborate with the Business Partner team to develop and maintain success profiles and succession plans for critical roles.
  4. Aggregate and analyze talent data to surface insights for senior leadership review, discussion, and visibility.
  5. Collaborate with VP and Director of Talent Management to develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with business goals.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  7. Act as a thought leader throughout TRP and other key talent initiatives, staying apprised of industry best practices.
  8. Ensure alignment between performance management and talent review processes.
Education and/or Experience Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs.
  2. OR 9 years of experience in Human Resources OR designing and implementing division or company-wide talent programs.
Required Qualifications
  1. HR background.
  2. Understanding and knowledge of talent review processes and how to project manage it for the enterprise.
  3. Maintains good stakeholder communications and relationships with leaders and BPs.
  4. Data analysis skills and ability to draw insights.
  5. Working knowledge of Workday.
  6. Demonstrated project management skills.
  7. Ability to operationalize and scale a business process.
  8. Ability to analyze, compile, and present data to convey ideas and recommendations.
  9. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  11. Ability to work independently with little direction.
  12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to stakeholders at all levels.
  13. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $30 – 35 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
